About Us

Novus was established in 2023 with a view to offering best in class data centres for users, providing a robust operating and maintenance environment.

We are a carrier neutral provider with high bandwidth access in a secure location. We offer tailored solutions for our international clients, spanning:

Start-ups looking for a cost effective solution in a co-location environment
Expansion of existing sites through a specialist Internet Exchange
Hosting for Multi-National Companies seeking large webhosting through Novus state of the art facilities

We are one of the pioneers in the region for our design, build and operate model. Constantly pushing the boundaries for sustainability. We have in house technical expertise for a ‘build to suit’ facility for our clients leveraging off our years of experience in real estate and IT.

We have perfected a blueprint that allows for efficiencies, and speed of construction to meet tight ‘RFS’s’ (ready for service) without compromising on quality and safety for our clients.

A robust procedural approach through extensive experience with Data Centres enables us to tailor our assets to ever changing demands, coupled with future expansion plans for our clients who remain at the forefront of our service through scalability.

Currently we have Novus Data Centres in Johor Bahru Malaysia with a further two in the pipeline.

Co-Location

Novus offers co-location facilities allowing clients to run their IT Infrastructure to support their expansion plans as their business grows. Our interconnection ready co-locations are fitted with flexible modular cross connect panels that provides connectivity ease to service & telco providers that are present at our facilities.

Racks

Our data centres come with standard 42U rack configurations, alternatively we can provide bespoke configurations to suit your equipment. In addition to our onsite security measures of our racks, we offer perforated doors with locks in addition to door sensors and dedicated cameras to deter intrusions and thwart data centre equipment damage and theft.

Our state of the art PDU’s provide visibility for our clients to remotely monitor and control power consumption leading to greater efficiencies from an operation perspective.

We may be able provide partial racks of 50% and 25% occupation upon further exploratory discussions.

Partition Suites

We provide enhanced security for our clients in the form of custom built partitions and secure environments within our data centres for your racks based on your power requirements with additional cameras and biometric hand scanners.

Customized Solutions

Customers that require customised power and alternative cooling options, we provide a bespoke service to suit their needs. For service providers with customised racks and power we have alternative solutions to propose to cater for your needs.

Managed Services

Our highly trained Engineers provide assurance and peace of mind when you co-locate in our data centres. Our personalised service enables a seamless transition, remote support 24 hours a day, managing your network to deliver your IT operations in an efficient manner.

Remote Services

Your in house IT department can dedicate to tasks that are essential to your business, freeing up resources whilst our experienced Engineers are accessible 24/7, 365 days a year to manage your IT infrastructure with in a secure environment in addition to peace of mind.
